Through the Parents Say kNOw
campaign, TV Watch has been encouraging parents to weigh in, through this online
survey,
with tips on effective ways they monitor what is watched on the
TV. We have gotten some excellent feedback. We used them to
create this brief video, and we'll be posting many others in their
entirety.
Please take a moment to share the video with your friends and family
members along with your school or church groups, local PTA's, Junior
Leagues and more.
Remember, all who submit tips will receive a remote ratings sticker and
a copy
of "Television Tools 101." For those whose tips are chosen for
the website, Facebook page and Twitter
feed, submitters will receive a free TV Watch
Parents Pack that includes a universal remote, ratings sticker,
tutorials on how to set the V-Chip or other parental controls, a DVD
explaining the ratings and more.
So, please take two minutes to fill out the survey
and help parents across the country say kNOw.
