Take Control of the TV Over the Holidays

The kids are home from school and it's cold outside. Many parents use the TV as a distraction or a babysitter but the "Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Take Control" is reminding parents to take control of TV viewing by creating TV rules discussing what's appropriate to watch and how long kids are allowed to watch it.

Established by TV Watch, a broad-based coalition of 21 prominent individuals and organizations representing more than 4 million Americans, this campaign uses tutorials, tools and resources to educate parents about ways to ensure TV viewing is based on age, values and culture unique to their family.
